It had a stunning location - quite a walk from an early colonial cathedral. Generous sized room, that also was spotless in the master bedroom.

Location: the hotel was right by all the sights, bars and restaurants in the area, and n merida. A cool bonus was nearby Panco, that offered tea and coffee. Large and huge room in the master bedroom, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast with fantastic omelettes.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay! The facilities were beautifully designed with impressive attention to detail. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for us. We were happy to discover the hotel had complimentary early morning tour packs complete with towels and snacks, which was very helpful. Another highlight was the live music played at breakfast, which made it even more special.

That service by the pool was pretty much non-existent. We had to go inside to order drinks and food.

The breakfast portions exceeded my expectations, and the discount dining at the restaurant was a delightful surprise. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city's historical district, and I appreciated having access to parking nearby. Lastly, the staff was welcoming and hospitable, and the swimming pool was a fantastic place to relax.

During my stay, the room lacked sufficient lighting, which made it challenging to use at night. I would have preferred an extra bathroom floor mat to prevent slips after showering.

The beauty treatments, massage, and facial were relaxing and professionally executed. The sun loungers and garden area were peaceful and allowed us to unwind. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. We were impressed by the attentive and friendly service, and the private facilities were outstanding.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of a solarium. We would have appreciated an area to sunbathe without having to leave the hotel.
